WHICH MEANS, WE DON’T BREW TRUE TO STYLE BUT TRUE TO OURSELVES…
We are constantly pushing the creative boundaries when it comes to American Craft Beer with different flavor profiles, developing our own in-house yeast and adjusting our brewing techniques to get the most out of our grains and hops. Our ½ barrel system has brewed over 250 test batches over the past 8 years. We have been experimenting, refining and finalizing our recipes and we can’t wait for them to be available for you to enjoy.
We have been known in the past for our sour and wild ales, those are definitely on the schedule to brew but much later while we see if we can get the additional funding we need by selling our cans at Brew Theory to raise capital for our own establishment. We want to thank everyone who has been on this journey with us from the beginning and for those of you that are just discovering us.
